Bigg Boss Agnipariksha Season 2 Episode 17 Highlights: Fear, Firecards, and Quick Thinking!

After Gayatri’s elimination in yesterday’s episode, the atmosphere inside the Bigg Boss Agnipariksha Season 2 house became even more intense. Srimukhi added fuel to the contestants’ fears by warning them that the last week of the season and this week are going to be extremely tough. She asked the judges what quality they wanted to test in the contestants. Navdeep immediately answered, “Quick thinking.” Srimukhi wasted no time and turned those words into the first challenge.

Quick Thinking Challenge

Srimukhi called seven contestants and placed a soap and a lollipop in front of each of them. The rules were simple but tricky. Whenever Srimukhi said “lick,” they had to lick the lollipop, and whenever she said “smell,” they had to smell the soap. She deliberately changed the commands rapidly to test how carefully the contestants listened and how quickly they reacted. After an exciting battle, Srishti emerged as the winner.

Leader and Group Formation Begins

The team formation process then began. Fourteen boxes were placed in front of the contestants. Five boxes contained leader badges, while the remaining boxes contained pacifiers. Srimukhi selected Charan to open all the boxes and decide who should receive each one. Charan entertainingly distributed the boxes, keeping everyone guessing.

But Srimukhi had another twist waiting. She revealed that one box contained a star, giving its holder the power to swap boxes. Mithilesh got the star and triggered a chain of swaps.

Mithilesh swapped with Charan and selected Rajakumari, who then swapped with Ramakrishna. Rajakumari selected Aporva, who swapped with Mithilesh. Aporva then selected Bhagi, but Bhagi chose not to swap and instead selected Srishti. Srishti swapped with Rohith, while Rohith’s box was later part of another swap involving Shalini and Rajakumari. After five rounds of swaps, the final leader badges went to Hemanth, Bhagi, Shalini, Rohith and Priyanka.

The remaining contestants opened their pacifiers and grouped themselves according to matching colors.

Firecard Twist

Abhijith handed the Firecard to Rohith, giving him the power to add one contestant to a team and bench another. Since one team had only Hemanth and Ramakrishna, Rohith added Mithilesh to that team. Bhagi was benched and therefore could not participate in the games.

However, Bhagi received a special power from Srimukhi. Since the quick-thinking games would happen across Levels 1 and 2, Bhagi could choose one team from Level 2 and move them to Level 1.

Game 1: Blockout

The first task was Blockout, where contestants had to unlock a word hidden behind blocks and arrange it correctly on a tic-tac-toe setup. The Blue Team led by Shalini performed brilliantly and won the task.

Game 2: Burst the Balloons

The second game tested concentration and interpretation. Four podiums had balloons of different colors. Srimukhi narrated a story containing colors either directly or indirectly. Contestants had to burst the balloon only when the color was mentioned directly. A wrong interpretation meant losing the chance to score.

The teams of Hemanth and Priya finished tied, but Hemanth’s team ultimately won the task. Ramakrishna was named the Most Valuable Player (MVP) and earned a valuable vote appeal. Meanwhile, Aman received a yellow card for being the lowest performer.

With leader badges, firecard powers, team swaps and quick-thinking challenges already creating plenty of drama, Episode 17 set the stage for an even tougher battle inside the Agnipariksha house.
