Bigg Boss Telugu Season 10 is getting more interesting with every passing day. Episode 18, which aired on September 23, was packed with emotional moments, playful banter, heated discussions, and some unexpected twists. From Debjani breaking down over her lost letter to contestants making difficult choices for contender opportunities, the episode kept the housemates on their toes.
Debjani Gets Emotional Over Her Lost Letter
The episode begins on an emotional note as Debjani breaks down after losing her letter. Ramprasad and Naresh try to cheer her up by joking about what might have been written in the letter.
Their playful comments about Mukesh make Debjani laugh, and the mood gradually becomes lighter. Ramprasad and Naresh also hug Debjani to comfort her.
Later, Rohith looks at the damaged letter and jokes that the writing resembles that of a little child. Aman sympathizes with Debjani and says losing something so emotionally important must really hurt. Mukesh eventually approaches Debjani and apologises.

Mukesh receives a photograph from home and is visibly delighted. He opens up about his bond with his father and reveals that he had always wanted to have a big photograph with him.
He gets emotional while explaining that he used to take selfies with his father because having a memorable picture together meant a lot to him.
Debjani-Rohith ‘Pelli Choopulu’ Turns Into Fun Banter
Later, Debjani, Rohith, Naresh, and Ramprasad sit together and turn the conversation into a hilarious mock “pelli choopulu” session between Debjani and Rohith.
Ramprasad jokingly asks Rohith whether he has any previous connection with Trigun, saying the wedding could be cancelled immediately if there was anything to reveal.
He also teases Rohith about his salary and jokingly says Debjani needs a monthly allowance of ₹2 lakh. Debjani plays along with the joke and gives the conversation an even more entertaining twist.
Housemates Discuss Trigun
Varshini, Sudheer, and Jhansi discuss Trigun and feel that he should not be given an opportunity to dominate every situation.
Meanwhile, other housemates continue with their usual conversations and jokes.
Ramprasad later discusses the kitchen duties with Rohith. Trigun points out that Vamshi is doing most of the cooking work, while Debjani needs to be reminded repeatedly about her responsibilities.
Jhansi Puts a ‘Plaster’ on Trigun and Vamshi
Things get funny in the kitchen when Jhansi asks Trigun not to talk while Vamshi is cooking.
The housemates jokingly suggest that the only way to stop them from talking would be to put a plaster over their mouths. Jhansi then asks Bigg Boss to send plasters as a punishment.

The Buzzer Task Begins
The main task then gets underway. Mukesh, being a contender, and Debjani, because of her lost letter, are told that they cannot press the buzzer.
During the task, Varshini presses the buzzer in the living room while Aman responds in the garden area.
Meanwhile, Trigun makes comments about Jhansi and her alleged strategy during the task. When Jhansi learns about it, she discusses the matter with Sudheer and Varshini. Varshini dismisses Trigun’s comments as an attempt to gain attention and screen time.
Trigun also tells Vamshi and Srishti that he dislikes the way some housemates are referring to Naresh with nicknames.
Aman and Varshini’s Task Takes an Uncomfortable Turn
A task is assigned to Aman and Varshini, where they have to collect small bundles from the swimming pool and throw them onto a stand.
During the task, Aman stops Varshini from taking one of the bags, and the situation becomes uncomfortable when he hugs her.
Some housemates immediately point out that the move was inappropriate in the middle of the task.
Aman later feels that the incident is being turned into an issue against him. Trigun also comments on the situation.
Varshini, however, becomes emotional and tells Aman that she understands it was a game, but asks him to be more careful while playing against a woman. She breaks down while explaining how she felt.
Aman Gets a Major Contender Opportunity
Aman is then called into the Bigg Boss room and receives an exciting reward for winning the task.
He is told that food cooked by his mother will be sent into the house. But there is another condition: he can become a contender only by taking away an important letter from either Shalini or Rohith.
Aman chooses Rohith. When Rohith learns that the letter from his sister and mother is at stake, he becomes emotional. He struggles to tear it apart, knowing how much the letter means to him.
Aman later receives the food from home and happily shares it with the other housemates.
Srishti Wins the ‘Smash It, Build It’ Task
Sudheer and Srishti press the buzzer next and are given the “Smash It, Build It” task.
Rohith takes charge as the sanchalak. After a competitive round, Srishti emerges as the winner.
Later, Srishti admits that she feels guilty about something she said to Sudheer and tries to speak to him but feels that he is avoiding her.
Rohith Opens Up About Shalini
Srishti and Rohith also discuss Shalini’s decision.
Rohith says that Shalini’s choice has hurt him because his family is going through an important moment, with his first child expected soon. He feels that she prioritized her own interests when the situation involved something deeply emotional for him.
The conversation reveals another emotional side of Rohith.
Srishti Faces a Difficult Choice
Bigg Boss then gives Srishti another major decision.
She is told that both Trigun and Vamshi have received letters from their wives. To become a contender, Srishti has to choose whose letter should be taken away.
After thinking about it, Srishti chooses Trigun.
