Shivakumar Marihal Biography
Shivakumar Marihal Early Life and Education
Shivakumar Marihal was born on 7 June 1997 in Belgaum, Karnataka, India. He spent his early years in Karnataka, where he completed his schooling before pursuing higher education. His reported educational background includes Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 2 in Belgaum, Alvas PU College and SG Balekundri Institute of Technology.
Before entering television, Shivakumar explored modelling, which gave him an opportunity to develop his on-camera presence. His interest in the entertainment field eventually encouraged him to pursue acting professionally.
Although he is associated with both Kannada and Telugu entertainment, he has become particularly familiar to Telugu television viewers through his work in serials.
Shivakumar Marihal Career
Shivakumar Marihal began his television acting career in 2018 with the Kannada serial Manasa Sarovara, which aired on Udaya TV. The project marked an important starting point in his professional journey and helped him gain experience working in television productions.
After establishing a foundation in Kannada television, he moved into Telugu serials. This transition allowed him to reach a broader audience and take on roles in a different regional entertainment industry.
One of the notable projects in Shivakumar’s career is the Telugu television serial Mounaraagam. He portrayed Ankit in the show, appearing alongside actress Priyanka Jain.
The serial helped introduce him to a wider Telugu-speaking audience. His role and association with the show’s cast contributed to his growing recognition among regular television viewers.
Mounaraagam also became an important part of his public profile because of the attention surrounding the lead cast and their off-screen interactions.
Following his work in Mounaraagam, Shivakumar continued pursuing opportunities in Telugu television. He has also been associated with the serial Intiki Deepam Illalu, adding another title to his acting portfolio.
His work across two regional television industries reflects his experience in different production environments. As with many television performers, his career has developed through serial roles rather than a widely documented filmography.
In 2021, Shivakumar Marihal and his Mounaraagam co-star Priyanka Jain reportedly launched a YouTube channel called Never Ending Tales. The channel features vlog-style content and glimpses of their activities outside television.
The videos offered audiences an opportunity to see a more informal side of the performers beyond their scripted roles. Their online presence also provided another way to interact with viewers and build a following.
Shivakumar’s social media activities form an additional part of his public identity alongside his television work.
Shivakumar Marihal and Priyanka Jain have attracted public attention because of their association in Mounaraagam and their online content together. Their on-screen pairing and friendly interactions have prompted speculation among fans about their personal relationship.
However, speculation should not be treated as confirmation of a romantic relationship. Unless either individual makes a clear public statement, their personal relationship status remains unconfirmed.
Shivakumar Marihal’s reported participation in Bigg Boss Telugu Season 10 as a wild card contestant represents a potential new chapter in his entertainment career.
Unlike television serials, where actors perform scripted characters, Bigg Boss places contestants in a shared environment in which their everyday behaviour, communication, and responses to challenges become part of the programme.
For Shivakumar, appearing on the reality show could provide an opportunity to connect with audiences who may not have followed his earlier serials. His television background and existing public recognition may also influence how viewers respond to his participation.
