The competition inside the Bigg Boss house is getting more intense as the show enters its sixth week. With the nomination process already completed, six contestants are now facing the possibility of elimination: Vamsi, Aman, Varshini, Ram Prasad, Shalini and Rohith.
Voting has begun, and early trends suggest that Shalini and Varshini could be in the danger zone. Rohith, meanwhile, appears to be gaining strong support from viewers. The final outcome will become clear during the upcoming weekend episode, when one contestant is expected to leave the house.
While the elimination battle keeps viewers guessing, the latest episode delivered plenty of drama, heated exchanges and emotional moments.
Road Block Task Brings Fierce Competition
As part of the ongoing Dashavatharam challenge, the housemates are competing in the Road Block task. Following the entry of the wild-card contestants last weekend, Bigg Boss has been putting the newcomers and the original contestants, known as the OGs, against each other in a series of demanding challenges.
One of the major tasks involved a puzzle game in which contestants competed as members of the Green, Blue and Yellow teams. Shalini was assigned the role of sanchalak, responsible for overseeing the task. However, disagreements broke out during the game, adding to the tension inside the house.
The competition became even more dramatic when Vamsi and Shiv Kumar faced off in a crucial challenge that ultimately left Vamsi emotionally shattered.
Vamsi Loses His Cool After a Controversial Task
The task required contestants to locate a food item and a plate hidden in the garden area, place them on a designated pedestal and then ring a bell to complete the challenge.
Vamsi managed to find the items first. However, he rang the bell before placing them properly on the pedestal. Sanchalak Trigun immediately pointed out that the task was not yet complete and gave the contestants another chance to think through their next move.
At this point, Varshini, who was inside the house, offered Vamsi a hint, telling him to place the items on the pedestal. Shiv Kumar seized the opportunity and took the plate from Vamsi’s hands.
Varshini objected to Shiv’s move, calling it unfair. Despite the argument, Shiv placed the plate on the pedestal, while Vamsi handled the food item. Shiv then rearranged the items together, and Trigun declared his performance to be the correct one.
The decision left Vamsi deeply disappointed. Realising that his mistake had cost him the task, he struggled to control his emotions.
Vamsi Hits Himself in Frustration
Unable to accept the loss, Vamsi began hitting his own cheeks in frustration. Both Shiv Kumar and Trigun tried to stop him and urged him not to react that way, but he remained overwhelmed by his emotions.
The situation raised concerns because physical aggression, including deliberately hurting oneself, goes against the rules and expected conduct inside the Bigg Boss house.
Similar incidents have occurred in previous seasons, with contestants facing strong warnings from the host over such behaviour. Vamsi’s reaction has once again brought attention to the importance of maintaining emotional control under pressure.
After the incident, Vamsi went to the smoking area and broke down in tears. Trigun was also visibly emotional, while Debjani comforted him. Later, Trigun approached Vamsi, embraced him and became emotional as well. The moment highlighted the emotional strain that contestants can experience when the pressure of the game becomes overwhelming.
Wild-Card Contestants Get a Major Advantage
The episode also focused on the battle to become captaincy contenders in the sixth week. Bigg Boss announced that all the wild-card entrants had been given an opportunity to compete for captaincy, putting them in a strong position from the beginning.
However, the contestants were required to protect their allotted chairs and maintain their positions on the points table as the challenges progressed.
In an earlier task, housemates were asked to take control of designated areas. But contestants played according to their own strategies rather than following the intended format, prompting Bigg Boss to cancel the task.
The decision added another layer of uncertainty to the captaincy race, forcing the contestants to rethink their approach.
Wild Cards Reveal Their Opinions About the OG Contestants
In another challenge, Bigg Boss asked the wild-card entrants to share their opinions about the original contestants. The OG housemates then had to identify the tags assigned to them by the newcomers.
The objective was to identify the correct tags and reduce the wild-card teams’ points. The Green team delivered a relatively strong performance, while the Gold and Green teams finished with four points each. The Blue team secured two points.
With two teams ending up tied, Bigg Boss announced another challenge to determine the next stage of the competition.
Vamsi and Shiv Kumar were selected to participate, with Trigun once again taking charge as the sanchalak. What followed was the tense showdown that ended with Vamsi losing the task and breaking down emotionally.
An Emotional Episode Leaves the Housemates Shaken
The latest episode was a mix of competitive gameplay, disagreements and intense emotional moments. While the wild-card contestants continued to gain opportunities in the captaincy race, the clash between Vamsi and Shiv Kumar became the episode’s biggest talking point.
Vamsi’s reaction to losing the challenge showed just how much pressure the contestants are facing as the competition progresses. Although his frustration was understandable in the heat of the moment, his decision to hit himself raised concerns about his response to defeat.
With six contestants nominated and the captaincy battle heating up, the coming episodes are likely to bring further twists. Viewers will now be watching closely to see who survives the elimination round, who emerges as a captaincy contender and how Vamsi recovers from this emotional setback.
