The game of Bigg Boss has officially kicked off, and the first week’s nominations have already stirred up a lot of drama. Among the 14 contestants who entered the house, Bigg Boss introduced a surprising twist right from the start.
Before the game could even get underway, tensions flared, especially among the group called Ray Everra Mirantha, who began clashing early on. With Bigg Boss leading the nominations, Nikhil, Nainika, and Yashmi Gowda secured immunity, leaving six contestants in the danger zone.
Nagamanikanta, Bebakka, Prithviraj, Sonia, Vishnupriya, and Shekhar Basha were nominated, often for reasons that seemed more trivial than valid—a common occurrence, especially in the first week, but still petty.

The first week’s nominations were marked by similar pettiness, but it was guest director Anil Rao who turned out to be the real villain of the house, pushing young contestant Nagamanika to eliminate someone via a lucky draw. Although it turned out to be a fake elimination, the damage was done—Nagamanikantha was deeply hurt and decided to isolate himself, vowing to fight alone till the end.
Drawing inspiration from Kaushal’s strategy in season two, Nagamanikantha played the sympathy card by staying aloof, which quickly earned him significant popularity. His rapid rise from obscurity to one of the most talked-about contestants happened almost overnight.
Given his self-imposed isolation, it was expected that Nagamanikanta would be targeted in the nominations. As is typical, one or two strong contestants are brought into the nominations every season—whether by design or not—and this time, Vishnupriya was among them.
Shekhar Basha found himself nominated for not being confrontational enough, a strategy often used to bring strong contestants into the spotlight. Sonia, known for her outspoken nature, was also nominated, along with Prithviraj, who hadn’t managed to build strong relationships in the house.
Bebakka, part of the older age group, was also nominated, following a pattern seen in past seasons where senior contestants like singer Kalpana, actress Hema, and Karate Kalyani were eliminated early on.
This has led some to believe that the nomination and elimination process is all part of the Bigg Boss script, a sentiment likely shared by many genuine contestants. who have already entered the Bigg Boss house, they’ll likely agree. With six people in the nominations, it’s uncertain whether those who were nominated will be safe or not.
